Lundy Origins (legal entity pending confirmation) is intended to be the controller for information collected through this website.

2. Information we request
Depending on the form, we may request your name, email address, telephone number, business name and type, brands or products of interest, and the message you choose to send. Product notifications and editorial updates generally require only an email address and your consent.
The site also records the page and enquiry type associated with a submission. A hidden anti-spam field is used to reject automated submissions. We do not ask for payment details and do not offer customer accounts in showcase mode.
3. Why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, discuss samples or wholesale opportunities, deliver a requested trade catalogue, and send availability or editorial updates that you have asked to receive. Consent is the basis for optional email updates. Responding to direct enquiries and assessing trade interest may rely on taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in operating and developing the business.
4. Where information goes
Forms remain disabled until an approved secure destination is configured. When enabled, submissions are forwarded to Lundy Origins’ approved contact, email or customer-relationship service. The final processor list, hosting locations and any safeguards for transfers outside the UK must be documented before launch. We do not sell personal information.
5. How long we keep it
Availability and editorial subscriptions are kept until you withdraw consent or the list is retired. Enquiry records are kept only while the conversation is active and for the period required by the approved retention schedule. The final schedule must be confirmed before production collection begins.
6. Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent at any time. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact the privacy address above to make a request. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made through this site.
